1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using SportyPunter ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and guidelines incorporated by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered accounts, subscribers, and purchasers of SportyPunter credits and subscription plans. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. Your continued use of SportyPunter constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.

2. Description of Services

SportyPunter is an AI-powered football statistical analysis platform and booking code generator and editor designed specifically for use with the SportyBet platform.

2.1 Core Features

  • Booking Code Generation: Reads live fixture odds and recent team form, conducts algorithmic and AI market evaluation across 50+ betting markets, and generates real SportyBet booking codes and bet slip links.
  • Booking Code Editing: Re-evaluates legs of existing SportyBet booking codes submitted by users, suggesting data-backed upgrades while preserving started or in-play fixtures.
  • Fixture Coverage: SportyPunter exclusively covers football matches from Europe's top five domestic leagues (English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, and French Ligue 1) and the UEFA Champions League.
  • Exclusions: SportyPunter does not analyse or generate picks for virtual football, simulated leagues, esports, or non-football sporting events.

2.2 Independent Status

SportyPunter is an independent software tool and analytics provider. We are not a bookmaker, sports betting operator, gambling syndicate, or broker. We do not accept bets, stake wagers, collect gambling stakes, or pay out winnings. SportyPunter is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SportyBet, UEFA, or any football club, competition, or governing body.

3. Eligibility and Responsible Gambling

3.1 Age Restriction (Strictly 18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority and legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register for, purchase, or use SportyPunter. By using SportyPunter, you warrant and represent that you satisfy this age requirement. We reserve the right to demand proof of age and immediately terminate any account suspected of belonging to a minor.

3.2 Responsible Gambling

SportyPunter firmly supports responsible gambling:

  • Our statistical models and AI analyses are intended solely for informed entertainment and analytical evaluation.
  • No Sure Wins: Football match outcomes are inherently uncertain and unpredictable. SportyPunter never guarantees any outcome, win, profit, or yield.
  • Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Never view sports betting as a form of income, investment, or solution to financial difficulties.
  • Never chase losses. If you feel your betting habits are becoming problematic, please seek support from accredited gambling support organizations.

4. No Financial, Investment, or Betting Advice Disclaimer

4.1 Statistical Information Only

All predictions, probabilities, odds comparisons, and AI reasoning provided on SportyPunter are generated through mathematical models and statistical analysis of historical and live sports data. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

4.2 Assumption of Risk

SportyPunter does not provide financial, investment, legal, or professional betting advice. You retain sole and absolute discretion over whether to place any bet or use any booking code generated or edited by the service. Any wagers placed on SportyBet or any other platform are made at your own risk and expense. SportyPunter accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of bets placed using our services.

5. Account Registration and Security

5.1 Account Creation

To access generation and editing features beyond guest limits, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You agree to keep your credentials current and accurate.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must immediately notify SportyPunter at support@sportypunter.site if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

5.3 One Account Per User

Users may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional credits, free quotas, or evade suspensions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.

6. Plans, Credits, and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

SportyPunter offers subscription plans providing recurring daily credit allowances and enhanced platform capabilities:

  • Free Plan: Provides 150 starting credits upon registration (sufficient for one booking code generation), standard risk modes, Today's games window, target odds fixed at 12.0, and 1 code edit per day (up to 20 games per slip).
  • Lite Plan (₦4,999/month): Automatically tops up your balance to a floor of 450 credits daily, unlocks custom target odds, the 4-day Longshot fixture window, up to 5 code edits per day, and up to 30 games per code.
  • Pro Plan (₦9,999/month): Automatically tops up your balance to a floor of 1,200 credits daily, unlocks custom target odds, the 4-day Longshot window, unlimited daily code edits, and up to 50 games per code.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle through authorized payment processors (including Paystack). You may cancel your subscription at any time; your subscription benefits will remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing period.

6.2 Credit Packs and Consumption

Users may purchase standalone credit packs starting from ₦1,000 for 600 credits up to ₦15,000 for 18,000 credits.

  • Credits are deducted only upon successful completion of an action that produces a valid booking code or edited slip:
  • 150 credits for generating a code from Today's games (fixtures within 24 hours).
  • 300 credits for generating a code with the Longshot window (up to 4 days of fixtures).
  • 200 credits for re-analysing and editing an existing booking code.
  • If an analysis or generation fails due to system error, no credits are deducted.
  • Purchased credit pack balances do not expire and remain in your wallet until consumed. Daily subscription allowances top up your balance each morning to the specified plan floor; if your balance is already above the floor, existing credits are preserved.

7. No Refund Policy

7.1 All Sales Are Final

ALL PURCHASES OF CREDITS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND DIGITAL SERVICES ON SPORTYPUNTER ARE FINAL, BINDING, AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

7.2 Nature of Digital Goods

Because SportyPunter delivers instant access to computational analysis, proprietary machine learning outputs, and booking code generation immediately upon payment, all transactions are deemed fully executed upon provision of service access. We do not provide cash refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated reversals for:

  • Unused or partially used credits or subscription periods.
  • Betting losses or dissatisfaction with prediction outcomes.
  • Changes in match schedules, postponements, or odds movements on third-party bookmakers.
  • Change of mind or user error in setting target odds or preferences.
  • Account termination resulting from a violation of these Terms.

8. Service Limitations and Guardrails

To preserve data integrity and system fairness, the following operational limits apply:

  • Started Matches: Any fixture that has kicked off is strictly locked. SportyPunter never alters, replaces, or removes live or finished matches in an edited code.
  • SportyBet Platform Dependence: Booking codes generated by SportyPunter are processed via SportyBet's systems. SportyPunter does not control SportyBet's server availability, odds shifts, market suspensions, or code expiration policies.
  • Model Discretion: If AI safety and odds constraints indicate that a generated slip deviates significantly from the target odds, the model will fallback to mathematically optimal selections.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use SportyPunter strictly for lawful personal use. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, crawl, or extract fixture data, odds models, or code outputs via automated means.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of SportyPunter's analytical algorithms or site code.
  • Resell, redistribute, syndicate, or commercially exploit SportyPunter analyses or booking codes without express written consent.
  • Interfere with, overburden, or attack SportyPunter servers, infrastructure, or network security.
  • Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination with forfeiture of all accumulated credits.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, model architectures, designs, text, trademarks, and documentation on SportyPunter are the exclusive intellectual property of SportyPunter or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated booking codes for personal entertainment only.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SportyPunter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all warranties including:

  • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Uninterrupted, timely, or error-free platform uptime.
  • Absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of match statistics, odds feeds, or predictions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SportyPunter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or betting stakes.
  • Unsuccessful wagers placed on third-party betting services.
  • Data loss or service downtime.

In no event shall SportyPunter's total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you to SportyPunter in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SportyPunter and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the platform and generated booking codes.
  • Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Any betting or gambling activity conducted by you on third-party platforms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct violating these Terms or harmful to other users or our business interests. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@sportypunter.site.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service shall first be submitted to informal resolution by contacting support@sportypunter.site. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
